The basis of the Nuferm philosophy is that we are not what we eat but that we are what we absorb,and takes a healthy gut to absorb the nutrients and vitamins from food. So the first role in being healthy is to improve the gut and the immune system.

With this in mind Nuferm distributes a range of powdered foods in a format that the body will recognise and in turn be able to utilise the goodness from the foods.

 When your cells are healthy, then so are you. And to keep cells healthy they need nutrients, amino acids and vitamins on a regular basis.

Your gut should have over 500 species of good bacteria, when they are healthy then so is your immune system and your general well being.

Health is so simple, its just a matter of remembering the basics, and the basics are that Nature has all the answers. Man my try to copy her but she has been here since time began and when in balance is the perfect answer to all life forms.
